For Cohesity, the annual AWS re:Invent conference in Las Vegas is like the Super Bowl of events. With over 58,000 global attendees, sponsorship of this main event is a unique opportunity to connect with customers, partners and peers. And, we at Cohesity had a lot to celebrate: being named AWS’ Storage Partner of the Year, and just days away from closing a major acquisition of Vertias… as a dominant market leader, we couldn’t show up with the status quo.
Instead, we leveraged the moment as a way to show off a sneak peek at a new brand system specially curated for the NEW Cohesity. Leading with a proud theme of “Protecting the world’s data”, we painted Las Vegas brightly from OOH airport and billboards, mobile fleet wraps, prominent sponsorship booth and hosted events. A perfect end-cap to the event came from CEO Sanjay Poonen, when he let us know that he had never been prouder of the brand. [ chef’s kiss here ]

We built the Aruba Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Santa Clara to create highly customized experiences for our current and potential customers. It allows us to share our story, listen to our guests, highlight the right products, build relationships, all the while leaving a lasting impression.
Aruba’s Atmosphere Networking Conference: An opportunity to meet and rub shoulders with thousands of your peers to learn, collaborate and influence the direction of Aruba products. At Atmosphere you can directly interface with those that build the industry’s best enterprise-class technologies in wireless & wired infrastructure and software, security, location services, and analytics & assurance.
I’ve had the pleasure of concepting and designing the look & feel for Atmosphere since its inception in 2013. During the pandemic years disrupted by Covid-19, we, like many others, had to drop everything and quickly adapt to virtual event platforms.
Atmosphere is a massive annual spring endeavor that takes a lot of hands and many months of work to pull off. Every year brings design across multiple disciplines: branding, promotional advertisements, microsite design, digital event platform design, on-site environmental design, stage design, multimedia design and giveaway items.
This page highlights some of my favorite years/designs.

This is a sampling of one of my favorite Aruba Networks campaigns. A true end-to-end and cross-functional in-house effort. Working with our content strategy lead and head writer, we gathered input from executives and product portfolio leads, analyzed our business needs and marketing strategy to create a message and personality that would speak to our audience. I built campaign branding guidelines, inclusive of voice, tone and graphics, built and distributed associated libraries and graphic files, held training sessions for internal and external creators and executed the campaign globally in multiple languages throughout the span of 12 months.

This was a complete bus wrap for Happy Hollow Park & Zoo. It was great to have both sides of the bus to work with — conceptually it allowed me to showcase the two halves of the Park and the Zoo, which meet on the back.
I can't express how satisfying and joyful it has been to see this bus driving by in real life!

Designing for internal-only Sales Kick Off events is pure joy for me. I love the cross-collaboration between internal groups as well as our trusted partners. My favorite designs have come from sports-themed events, which can be cliched if not handled with care. From virtual-only events to takeovers of the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, this event is always pure joy for me, from initial concept and design, through agency training and execution.
